HANDLING
Battery
International strives to ship all orders as quickly as possible and you will
likely receive a tracking number within hours of placing an order!
We assume that every order is needed as
soon as possible. We understand that most orders for batteries are typically
placed when it is realized that a battery needs to be replaced, and perhaps the
device requiring the battery will not function without it. We ship from
multiple warehouses across the US located in California, Nevada, Minnesota, New
York, Texas, Georgia, Florida and many others. Our main distribution center is
located in Young America, MN.
Battery International uses a variety of
shipping options including UPS, FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, and USPS. As batteries
are inherently heavy in nature, we will select a shipping option based on a
number of factors including cost, time in transit, carriers’ reputation
of delivering packages without damage, etc. If you have a carrier preference,
please note this in the comment section of your order. Please note that
requesting a specific carrier may increase the shipping cost. We will call or
email you to get authorization before adding any additional shipping charges.
For items with “Standard: 3-8 Day
Delivery” shipping method selected, every effort will be made to ship the
same day if received by 2:00pm CST M-F. 97% of
orders received by 2:00pm CST ship the same day! After 2:00pm CST, we will
still make every effort to ship out the same day. We strive to get the battery
en route to you as soon as we receive the order.
For orders with 3 DAY, 2 DAY or NEXT DAY
delivery, your order is guaranteed to arrive in 2 or 1 business days or we will
refund the difference in price to the corresponding delivery day. Orders must
be received by 12:00PM CST to ensure the order will arrive on the delivery day
requested. For orders placed after 12:00PM with expedited shipping methods, we
cannot guarantee that the order will ship out the same day, but we will make every
effort to ship the same day. Delivery day definite orders placed after 12:00pm
CST M-F may ship the following day without notice. This means that expedited
shipping orders placed after 12:00pm CST on Friday may not ship out
until the following Monday. Please call us at 877-282-2883 to place your order
if you have special circumstances.
Orders returned to us due to an
incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges to reship. Please be
sure to include suite numbers and apartment numbers, if applicable.
